SIMPLEX 4-24 Sheeter/Moulder
Save time, labor and money with our easy-to-operate SIMPLEX 4-24 combination, sheeter/ moulder. This unit is typically used in those locations that require the sheeting of pastry, cookie or donut dough and the production of bread and buns. Variations of this unit include our very popular SIMPLEX 4-24BL2 Bolillo moulder, which can produce up to 7,000 Bolillos per hour, the 4-24-5 with the extra long pressure plates and the 4-24TRA, which includes top rollers for pizza and pie shell production.
860/860L Bread and Roll Moulder
Dough friendly moulder technology is a Bloemhof specialty and is incorporated into all of our dedicated moulders. This patented, low stress feature, will handle the most difficult dough with up to15% protein flour. The 860/860L uses this system and utilizes a 35 inch long interchangeable pressure plate, located underneath the machine. This space saving design returns the product to the operator. Adjustments at the front and back of the pressure plate, makes it easy to mould items from ½ ounce to 4 pounds and up to 20 inches long. Side guides control product length. Because of these unique features, the 860/860L is the best moulder on the market.
