Shipping & Returns

Returns

Our warehouse is well-stocked year round and very full. As such, we cannot accept shipments that arrive without prior notice. If you return something to us without a Return Authorization Code, it will most likely get lost in this busy place. Our Warehouse

To make sure that your returns make it back into inventory and that you receive the appropriate credit to your account for the return, please fill out and submit our Return Authorization form. Once we receive this form, we will process it and send you instructions on how to return something to our warehouse in the appropriate way.

Shipping

We ship via U.P.S for smaller pieces of merchandise and Common Carrier for larger pieces of merchandise. If you ordered something online with us, you had the opportunity at that time, to add any special shipping instructions with your order. If, however, you find that something has changed in the way you would like us to ship your order, please give us a call and let us know as quickly as possible. Like I said earlier, our warehouse is a very busy place.

Order Processing

We normally ship your order on the same business day, provided it is in stock. If it’s going to be more than three days, one of our sales persons will notify you.
