Description

When your espresso production is going full-tilt and you're ready to get serious about the sophisticated features and ergonomics to make your life easier, the Classe 10 is calling your name. It comes in three models with different group-head configurations—2, 3 or 4—and three levels of creative control, from mechanical control (RE), to semi-automatic (S) to full-automatic (USB). 

 

The ergonomic steam valve C-level features open-stay and open-close options, with a wrist-friendly 25° range of motion. Push up and its stays open, push down and you can feather the steam for greater control over the shot. The soft-touch, quick-response buttons are another nice ergonomic touch, especially under heavy production levels.

 

The hot water feature for tea and infusions has four different temperatures and programmable dosages. The optional iSteam feature makes a remarkably compact, soft froth. FInally, a topside warmer keeps your espresso cups at the ideal service temperature.
