Eliminate up to 50% of the conventional cooking appliances in your kitchen with the Rational CombiMaster Plus. You can grill, bake, roast, steam, stew, poach and much, much more with one oven. Choose from steam cooking mode, hot air cooking mode or combination cooking mode, for a nearly limitless variety of preparation options.

 

Rational is the worldwide market leader in combi ovens, and for good reason. The optimum cooking cabinet climate—ClimaPlus—constantly monitors the humidity in the cooking cabinet, eliminating the need for labor-consuming basting or covering/uncovering. Breaded coatings come out with a perfect crunch and roasts are succulent and tender. Dynamic air mixing ensures heat is distributed homogeneously, delivering a perfectly uniform, consistent bake. Fish, vegetables and other sensitive dishes are steamed to perfection with the CombiMaster's efficient, hygenic steam generation.

 

The bottom line savings are impressive. The exceptional output of the CombiMaster Plus allows loads to be increased by up to 30%.
