Vice President of Business Development

Todd has a passion for using his extensive knowledge to help customers fulfill their dream of opening a restaurant. He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He gained valuable experience working his way up from dishwasher to executive chef at Grandma’s Saloon and Grills and then moved on to spend two decades at Tri-Mark Hockenbergs/Grand Foodservice Equipment. Todd spends his down time coaching Girls AAA hockey and trying to keep up with his teenage daughter and her many activities.
