Description

Vulcan's Endurance series ranges are built to take the abuse of commercial kitchens, with MIG-welded construction typically found on more expensive, heavy duty ranges. Burner grates are heavy and cast, with larger grates in back for larger pans and stock pots. Grates align flat with the large, front plating ledge, so you can slide your pots and pans directly onto the ledge for convenient plating.

 

The six burners on this model churn out 30,000 BTUs/hr each, with a simple, two-piece lift-off construction for easy cleaning. The oven (standard or convection available) offers the largest cooking area in the class, with a 36" cavity and 35,000 BTUs of baking power. Oven liners are perforated for an even bake without hot or cold spots, producing one of the most replicable bakes in the business. Comes standard with two racks, which can be used simultaneously with good results.
