Marc is Horizon's newest Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Master Certified Technician.
Becoming a Master Certified Technician isn't an easy task. CFESA promotes certification in each of the gas, electric, steam, and refrigeration fields. To become certified in any of these fields, a technician must successfully pass a rigorous exam to demonstrate they have acquired the required knowledge for the certification.
Once a technician obtains certification in three out of the four fields, they earn the title of a CFESA Master Certified Technician and become one of the most knowledgeable and skilled technicians in the industry.
Horizon rewards certified technicians through pay incentives for acquiring and maintaining their certifications.
On top of his recent certification, Marc was just recognized by CFESA as the Region 2 Master Technician of the Month. A big congratulations to Marc for his accomplishments!
