Food trucks may be fast, but they're not quite ready to run at Indy.
When Horizon client Steak 'n Shake wanted to serve up their classic Steakburgers and hand-dipped milkshakes at their annual pre-Indy Burger Bash, they skipped the food truck idea and turned to Horizon to equip a working outdoor kitchen. Horizon Sales Specialist Wayne Vinsant outfitted the mini kitchen with stainless steel dressing tables, toaster tables, heated holding cabinets, hand sinks and custom front counters.
Numerous Indy car drivers like Steak 'n Shake-sponsored Graham Rahal, local dignitaries and Indy-going partiers ate great Steak 'n Shake food and danced the night away to the sounds of The Flying Toasters. In it's ninth year, the promotion has been highly successful for Steak 'n Shake, who last year upped their Indy car involvement by becoming the major sponsor of Rahal's Indy car season.
