The largest professional baking business showcase—International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE)—is set for Las Vegas, October 8-11. Of particular interest to Horizon customers among the 800+ exhibitors is this year's Innovation Showcase, highlighting cutting-edge products from 56 companies in the areas of equipment, ingredients, packaging and services.
Horizon manufacturing partner Belshaw Adamatic will display their new Raised Donut Depositor, which makes yeast-raised donuts with a slightly chewier texture. Up to two dozen donuts can be deposited in less than 30 seconds, without the need for cutting or rolling. In addition to the Innovation Showcase, you'll find it at Booth 8307.
JAC bread slicers will introduce the company's first vertical, variable-thickness bread slicer in the Innovation Showcase. Known as the SLIM Bread Slicer, it features a compact, eye-catching design and super-easy-to-remove crumb tray along with premium safety and cleaning features. Check it out at Booth 2149.
Some 20,000 baking professionals are expected to attend the four-day event, spread out over a massive 700,000 square-foot show floor.
