Description

The S36D from Southbend offers the smart, savvy features cooks want with the affordability of a restaurant range. You'll spend less up front and less when service is required down the road versus a heavy duty range. The front, sides and removable shelf are stainless for durability and ease of cleaning, and the patented, no-clog burners are single piece cast iron with a lifetime warranty.

 

The six burners crank out 28,000 BTUs and are topped by removable, cast iron grate tops—with back grates able to handle 14" stock pots with ease. The front, 4" stainless steel rail gives you ample room to work, and includes closed, welded end caps for that finished, professional look.

 

The standard oven delivers 35,000 BTUs with a snap action thermostat for accurate temperatures ranging from 175°F and 550°F.  The oven burner featurs a U-shaped, heavy-duty design for durability and even heat distribution. The large oven Interior fits a full sheet pan in either direction and has an enamel finish for faster, easier cleaning.
